Eligibility self-check
No website can tell you whether bStocks are open to you, and that includes this one. Binance's wording is that bStocks are offered through an approved prospectus in the ADGM, to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions, and not to US persons; the pages we read stop short of naming countries. So the answer sits in your account and your local rules. What this page can do is sort out the things you need to confirm and tell you where each one is checked. Nothing you tick leaves your browser, and the result is never a verdict.
Why there is no country menu here
A country list copied onto a site like this goes out of date the day it is copied, and the Binance pages we read don't publish one anyway. The answer that counts is the one in your account when you try: whether the bStocks market and the tokenize option appear for you. If they don't, treat that as the answer for now. Binance says it may restrict, cancel or unwind transactions that breach eligibility rules, which is why this page lists no workarounds.
Why step 1 comes first
It is the only question with a fixed answer. Binance's disclaimer says tokenized securities are not offered, sold, distributed, made available or accessible in the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, US persons. Using the product counts as confirming you are none of those. If you are unsure what "US person" covers in your case, get that answered by a qualified adviser before anything else on this list.
Where each item is checked
- What your account shows: the app itself, under [Spot] > [bStocks] and on a stock order under [Trade] > [Stock].
- Local rules: your own regulator and tax authority. Binance's disclaimer says making sure access is lawful where you are is your responsibility alone.
- The documents: linked at the foot of Binance's bStocks announcements and FAQ. The prospectus itself is shown only to people located in the ADGM.
- Paying: Binance Academy's guide lists USDC, USD1, USDT, U and BNB as examples of what a stock order can be paid with, and says bStocks exposure starts from as little as $5.
What this checklist leaves out
Binance itself isn't available everywhere, and what you can use depends on where you live and how your account is verified. The sign-up page and your local terms decide that part. Tax and whether this kind of product suits you are also outside this list; the risks guide is the place to start on the second.

A checklist, not an eligibility decision. It runs in your browser, looks nothing up, and stores and sends nothing. Ticking every box doesn't make you eligible; your Binance account and the rules where you live decide.
